Jim Grover has been enrolled as the newest member of the Dianella Circle.
NEW BROTHER FOR DIANELLA CIRCLE – JIM GROVER
I am pleased to advise that Jim Grover was enrolled as a Brother of the Dianella Circle at the meeting held on Wednesday the 24 June. Now just a little about him. James (Jim) was born on the 21st March1961 at the former Woodside maternity hospital in East Fremantle.

His family lived in Bicton, and he was raised by his parents, Stan and Pat Grover. The family totalled four children, with two Brothers, Philip and Paul and a sister Lynne. He achieved his schooling in Bicton and Fremantle, and he advised that his childhood was spent riding bicycles, skateboards and surfboards. Like many others, at that time, children spent most of their time out of the house having fun.
On leaving school, Jim was given a choice by his parents that they considered his best future was to pursue a trade as a carpenter or a plumber. Jim chose an apprenticeship as a plumber and now has his own business.
Being originally from the southern suburbs, Jim is a keen Dockers supporter and much to his delight, they are going well, being currently on top of the AFL table.
In conclusion, Jim he was very pleased to be accepted as a new Brother in the Catenian Association and thanks the Brothers of the Dianella Circle for the opportunity to join and contribute as an active member.
